Super Meat Boy Exceeds One Million Sold

Team Meat has announced via twitter that its excellent and difficult tile, Super Meat Boy, has now sold over one million copies.

That is an incredible milestone, and deserved for such a great game, but the statistic I am more interested in, is how many deaths have occurred across those one million sold?
